We complete a detailed interview questionnaire/checklist covering key personal tax matters. Our objective is to understand your affairs as thoroughly as possible. Based on this foundation, we endeavour to provide you with maximum legal tax refund.

Approved clients can pay the fees through deduction from their refund. You can also pay us via MasterCard, Visa or direct credit into our bank account. An administration fee of $25.00 applies for this service.

All current returns are lodged electronically, and in the majority of cases you get your refund in 14 days. Prior year returns may have to be lodged on a paper basis and assessment may take a bit longer.
