We complete a detailed interview questionnaire/checklist covering key personal tax matters. Our objective is to understand your affairs as thoroughly as possible. Based on this foundation we endeavour to provide you with maximum legal tax refunds.

Approved clients can pay the fees through deduction from their refund. You can also pay us via Master Card, Visa, Bank Card or direct credit into our bank account. An administration fee of $25.00 applies for this service.

All current returns are lodged electronically, and in majority of the cases the clients get their refund in 14 days. Prior year returns may have to be lodged on paper basis and assessment may take a bit longer.
